Hi

Sleepyheads

Hi, I'm Theresa — a mom of two boys, Holistic Sleep Coach, Child Developmental Specialist with New Jersey Early Intervention, and founder of Tiny Clover.

I hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, with a thesis focus on neurodivergent children & the impact of positive reinforcement. I have completed a mini certification training through The Holistic Sleep Coach Program with Lyndsey Hookway, and I am a certified Baby-Led Sleep & Wellbeing Specialist through Isla-Grace Sleep.

My journey into sleep support is personal.

My oldest son is neurodivergent and has sensory processing differences. His sleep never followed the "rules"—wake windows didn't fit, schedules felt impossible, and traditional sleep advice left us frustrated. He was also born with significant oral ties that impacted feeding, weight gain, and ultimately his sleep. What I thought were simply sleep challenges turned out to have deeper root causes that required support and intervention.

That experience changed everything.

It taught me that sleep is never just about sleep.

I'm also a proud co-sleeping mama.

Today, I help families improve sleep without sleep training, while honoring their instincts and preserving connection. My goal isn't to make you follow a rigid plan—it's to help you understand your child, uncover what's getting in the way of sleep, and feel confident in the choices you make as a parent.

Because you are the expert on your child. I'm simply here to support you along the way.
